When risk is immediate

Use direct crisis and emergency resources. Do not wait for an app, payment state, or church response.

Giving boundary

No giving ask appears in Help Now, a vulnerable conversation, or the 24-hour protected period after an elevated safety event. Spiritual-care content is not fundraising data. Payment decline, cancellation, or absence never changes individual access or the tone of care.

Church care boundaries

Approved, staffed pilot churches may receive requests only through an explicit preview-and-confirm flow. Routing status means the request entered the church’s private queue; it does not mean a person has read it, responded, or is monitoring continuously. Urgent-risk wording redirects to Help Now instead of entering the ordinary care queue.

Controlled release

Church Edition remains owner-only and tenant-gated. Financial controls remain hidden until test-provider, webhook, reconciliation, legal, accounting, and operations gates pass. Failed church billing preserves Help Now and urgent individual safety access.
