WHY IT MATTERS

Care and teaching that can continue between services.

Church Partnership is application-based and designed around verified leadership, scoped staff permissions, and individual choice.

Care between services

People often need grounded spiritual support on Tuesday, not only when the church office or Sunday service is available.

Teaching that keeps serving

Reviewed teaching can remain useful throughout the week, across a series, and for people who could not attend.

Outreach without a membership gate

Privacy-safe mission cards can offer free help without requiring church membership or exposing who scanned them.

PARTNER CHURCH CAPABILITIES

One connected ministry experience, with safeguards at every boundary.

Each capability is available only to its stated audience and only after the required approval, consent, role, or connection.

RIGHT PEOPLE · RIGHT ACCESS

A ministry title never creates permission.

Every staff account must belong to the verified church tenant and receive exact roles or permissions. Access can be changed or revoked without opening anyone’s private space.

Pastor or church owner

Oversees the verified organization and may delegate only the permissions the church actually needs.

Co-pastor

May receive broad ministry administration permissions without automatically receiving billing access.

Teaching and content staff

Draft, review, or publish teaching according to exact assigned permissions.

Care team

Receives deliberately submitted care requests only when granted care inbox and routing permissions.

Ministry leader

May be assigned bounded content, care, or roster permissions for an appropriate ministry scope.

Billing manager

Manages approved partnership billing information without access to private spiritual activity.

Connected individual

Chooses whether to connect, whether teaching may be relevant, and exactly what—if anything—to share with church care staff.

THE PRIVACY BOUNDARY

Connection never means surveillance.

Submitted care text becomes visible only after the individual previews and deliberately sends it, and only to authorized care roles.

What a Partner Church can and cannot receive
A church may receiveA church cannot receive
  • The exact care request a person previews and deliberately sends.
  • The minimum profile fields that person explicitly chooses to include with that request.
  • A voluntary church connection and its necessary membership status.
  • Talk conversations
  • Today check-ins
  • Saved Scripture or private entries
  • Focus areas or recovery origin
  • Journey progress or search history
  • Precise location, safety classifications, or inferred needs

TEACHING THREAD

Your teaching can keep serving—without opening private reflection.

Your teaching. Their real life. Between Sundays.

  1. An authorized pastor or teaching team publishes Scripture, the lesson point, series, service date, and supporting resources.
  2. Connected individuals can read the current teaching and history, save it privately, write private notes, and discuss it privately in Talk.
  3. Relevant teaching can appear in the personal experience only with explicit, changeable consent and clear church attribution.
  4. The pastor cannot see private notes or the private Talk discussion.

PASTORAL CARE

A deliberate handoff to human care.

  1. The individual chooses the request and previews the exact text before sending it.
  2. Only authorized care roles receive the submitted care boundary; staff-only notes remain separate.
  3. The church publishes availability and realistic response expectations.
  4. Pastoral messaging is never presented as monitored emergency response; Help Now remains direct.
  5. Youth safeguards fail closed when required permissions or second-adult visibility are absent.
Help Now remains available without sign-in

IMPLEMENTATION

A careful path from application to partnership.

Nothing is activated by submitting a form. Leadership verification and controlled onboarding come first.

  1. 1

    Apply and verify church leadership.

  2. 2

Configure the church, campuses, staff roles, and exact permissions.

  3. 3

Publish care expectations and the first reviewed teaching.

  4. 4

Generate authorized congregation and mission-outreach QR codes.

  5. 5

Invite people and begin the Church Partnership.

PLAIN ANSWERS

Questions church leaders ask before applying

Is Church Partnership the same as buying software?

No. It is an application-based, reviewed ministry relationship. Current terms are provided during application review; self-service live checkout is not available.

Can we require people to connect their account?

No. Church connection is voluntary, and Free Mission Access never requires a church.

Can our staff see what people discuss in Talk?

No. Talk, Today, private notes, saved items, Journeys, searches, focus choices, and inferred needs remain outside the church boundary.

How does pastoral care reach us?

A person chooses what to share, previews the exact message, and sends it to authorized care roles. The app does not promise immediate response or emergency monitoring.

Can multiple pastors and ministry leaders help?

Yes. Verified churches can assign multiple staff members, but titles never grant access by themselves; exact tenant roles and permissions do.

How does the partnership support the mission?

The church funds its approved partnership features and helps sustain Free Mission Access beyond its walls without buying or exposing member-level private activity.
